G2 is the world’s largest software marketplace. Instead of soliciting opinions from analysts, they allow real users to provide reviews and feedback on the software they rely on for their businesses. More than 80 million people use G2 each year to research, compare, rate, and purchase software.
Four times each year G2 releases its Grid® Report which correlates reviews from users to rank software vendors across a variety of criteria including effectiveness of solutions, ease of implementation, usability, and vendor relationships. Vendors are awarded badges for leadership in product performance, ease of use, customer support, and other categories. G2 also awards “Momentum Leader” badges, a designation awarded to those companies that rank in the top 25% of their category’s products by users.

G2 citations and badges are appreciated because they come from the people who rely on our products every day. We have always judged how well we are doing by what our customers say.
Our focus is on helping protect small to midsized organizations develop their cybersecurity posture. These organizations often have smaller IT teams with more limited security resources. They need security solutions that protect their assets and reputations from the same threats their larger peers face–without the management overhead required in many enterprise offerings. Our job is to make security both more manageable and more comprehensive for the teams we support.

The Grid® Report measures customer satisfaction overall by asking “Are you likely to recommend” a product and “Is that product and feature set going in the right direction?” They then measure satisfaction in a more granular way, asking if the solution meets the users’ requirements and the ease of administering the product, the ease of setup and use, the quality of support, and the ease of doing business with the vendor.
