The Difference Isn’t Luck. It’s Preparation.
How Organizations Build Cyber Resilience Before an Incident Happens
When a cybersecurity incident occurs, some organizations recover quickly while others struggle for weeks or even months. The difference often isn’t luck. It’s preparation.
In this educational webinar, cybersecurity leader Fletus Poston III joins Defendify to discuss what separates organizations that successfully navigate security incidents from those caught off guard. Drawing on decades of experience across finance, manufacturing, utilities, and software development, Fletus shares practical guidance for building a stronger cybersecurity program before an incident occurs.
Rather than focusing on fear or worst-case scenarios, this conversation explores how proactive planning, incident response preparation, and operational maturity help organizations reduce risk and respond with confidence.
